Juicing to fight cancer

Something that I have learned is that many choose to use juicing as a tool to fight cancer, however, what some do not realize is that the juicing choices that they make can literally help them die faster rather than help.

I recently read this NIH published article:

Forgoing Conventional Cancer Treatments for Alternative Medicine Increases Risk of Death

"patients with non-metastatic breast, lung, or colorectal cancer who chose alternative therapies had substantially worse survival than patients who received conventional cancer treatments."

The article failed to discern which therapies were chosen, as some say "A bad apple can spoil the batch" and certainly making the wrong choice can cause a bad result.
Sorry, eating tons of lettuce is not likely to help very much as a cancer cure.
The same is true for juicing.

What is in that Juice?

Many add sweet fruits and vegetables to their juicing to help improve the taste while at the same time, avoiding the most helpful things.

Things not to include:

Potatoes, peaches, apples ( okay in very limited amounts ), honey, sugars of any type, beets that are sweet, lots of sweet carrots, etc. Definitely no store bought juices which are usually pasteurized which destroys important substances and which also often contain sugars that can promote cancer.

Things to include:

Broccoli, kale, red cabbage, mustard greens and mustard ( the spicy freshly prepared Chinese type (not packets) ), beets if not sweet, some carrots if not sweet, hot peppers such as jalapenos, ground Black pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic, hot onions, just a few to mention.

If your juice is sweet, then you are probably growing most cancers.

It is the strong tasting, spicy things that slow cancers growth or even kill it and boost the immune system.

If you take the easy way, do not count on much!

Other considerations:

14 to 16 hours a day water only,
No sugars or starches as starches are stored forms of sugars,
Omega-3,
Pure vegetarian is not necessary but at least 2 to 3 cups a day of good vegetables as mentioned above.
You need to get plenty of essential amino acids to avoid cachexia which is a wasting away associated with cancer and cancer therapies.

Some other choices:

I eat 1 to 2 fresh yard eggs a day ( have my own chickens ).
Fresh leafy dark green vegetables such as kale, collards, spinach, mustard greens, etc.
Of course spicy things such as bunching onions, garlic, lots of peppers ( however, I do sometimes cheat as one of my favorites is "cowboy candy' which is pickled jalapenos in a sweet brine ),
Avoid starches such as pasta, potatoes ( especially fried ), white bread, cakes, white rice, etc.

The book

"Cancer Alternatives" by David Etheredge"

delves into over 200 supplements, vitamins, minerals, and herbs that are backed by studies and can affect whether or not you develop cancer or can help fight it.

Doctors are not allowed to tell you about these because they are not medicine but YOU need to know about them. There are also 30 different alternative cancer protocols in the book "Cancer Alternatives" that many people have tried and have had success with.

The book "Cancer Alternatives" provides a clear, plain, and simple discussion of all of these cancer alternatives in a way that the lay person can read and understand.
